This might be a long, heat-felt comment, but in short, I am so thankful for you and your honest videos 💕 The gluten part really spoke to me. I've been pretty much avoiding gluten 90% of the time as it really triggers IBS.But I didn't know that it literally pokes holes in your digestive tract! Also, I've recently been purchasing "sweet treats" from Whole Foods that scratch the sweet-tooth craving yet have no added or refined sugar (b/c sugar is literally addicting). I've also been avoiding dairy as it causing me severe IBS (just being honest). And, all that to say - my bf among others don't believe that I'm intolerant to gluten, dairy, etc. and it's *so frustrating.* like, I know my body best, and I'm not going to force anyone to eat anything or not eat something, but what I choose to put in my body and what I choose *not* to put in my body is my choice. And it's so nice to watch raw, honest videos of someone who truly gets it and feels the same way. Because it's all about how I feel about myself. ily Genelle. 💕

Please get off the apple cider vinegar and, bone broth and collagen powders. They’re not worth the hype and some even destroy your teeth/bones. Medical Medium has really great info which has helped me a lot, and celery juice makes my skin glow!
@zsuzsuspetals9 ай бұрын
I was drinking ACV every day for a few years and I stopped last year. I read that it can hurt the enamel on your teeth. Plus, it made me feel like I had a UTI when I didn't. Weird I know. What is bad about collagen powder? I need to read about that. I take that every day 😐 I don't see a difference good or bad yet though.
@Cat-qo2mn9 ай бұрын
@@zsuzsuspetals Wow, that sounds painful 🥺 You poor thing! ACV is very corrosive and pretty much pickles organs as well as destroys teeth/bones. Collagen powders are inflammatory - paid science studies won’t tell you that though. They’ll say that it helps your body produce collagen by triggering it to, not telling you HOW it does that. It essentially triggers an immune response. To trigger your body to produce collagen, take a nice big dose of high quality vitamin C every day. I take two tbsp per day of Liposomal vitamin C by Liponaturals. It tastes weird but it really has changed the way my body feels overall as well. I’m 37 this year and everyone thinks I’m still in my late 20s! Vitamin C is essential for all body functions and the added benefit is clearer skin too.
