Hi. Yea. New find for me. My last launch on the river was at Delay launch/park. The launch and parking here looked well maintained. I'm stoked. Nice location right under the Ambassador bridge and between Zug Island and the Renaissance Center.

You definitely haven't been to Detroit riverfront lately

Thanks. I don't believe so. I've parked there many times and never saw anything related to fees. Very well kept up launch site and small park/riverwalk with a gorgeous view and cool location. A real gem in the city.

I'm so excited about this park. Its beautiful. I plan to launch my kayak or boat here next spring.. Can't wait to go under the bridge and up to the Ren Cen. I love seeing so many great things happening and people getting together and enjoying themselves in the city.. be it Belle Isle, Eastern Market, the DIA, riverfront, slow roll, restaurants, church, Detroit Lions games and tailgating .. so much to do. My favorite city.

I'm not 100% sure, but it seems like a lot of the work here at this park/launch is new/recent. Everything seemed in good condition. I've visited there the last several years and also launched there.
