hmm I took all the guards out during the keycard part before i got to marchenko so i can't say for sure.

Don't worry, I did it without getting all the guards so they were shooting at me when I did this mission, still got the two spokes achievement though.

if you want to do it quick and easy, the guard with the keycard is the balding older guy. wait in the men's room and knock his ass out when he goes to take a leak. knock out the civilians in the bathroom before they leave as well, as there's another guard looking right at the door and will alert the rest. you can hide all of them in the restroom and noone will go to check.

You can get the antidote in M12, when you rob bank

hmm, for samizdat.. i did the side mission 05 (i think) and helped them get info on Picus, then later on the game you get a message for another side mission to help break them out of jail. and the last one I think you just finish the Neon Nights side mission(sm00) to completion (i had the person making neon stop non violently)

You find it in the bank during a mission where you had to decide whether to save Allison or rob the data bank if you chose to go to the bank you will have to infiltrate into the lower levels of to the bank where they keep all the information vaults. The game will tell you to go into one of the vaults to get the story necessary information you will find on a wall a hackable terminal hack it and press the open safe button and right next or below to the terminal should be a safe on the wall open that and the antidote should be inside you will know you've done this right if Adam Jenson says out loud he has the antidote. No the only difference going to the bank will cause is you not getting the bomb jammer for saving Allison all this means is that you can still save the building filled with people from blowing up and the politicians it's just you will have less time to do both but it is possible since this is the path the person who made the video did.
