To think of all the human suffering that has happened upon this earth - and continues to happen - because we have disobeyed God and His “laws for life” is mind numbing.

As Pastor Skip would say, "Without being too graphic..." I read something interesting today about the phrase "watered by foot.." Apparently, this was also a term they used to describe *cough* urine *cough*, and it may have also been used as a euphemism for less-than-pure water or salt water. Just a little tidbit I stumbled across while reading this chapter and doing a bit of research before tuning in. I didn't verify that or anything, but I saw it in a couple of different places as a "maybe" and thought it might be interesting to someone else, too. Thank you, Pastor Skip! Been watching faithfully since Genesis Chapter 1 and I've got at least 200 sheets of paper filled with notes in a binder that will serve my future research very well.

@cherylshumaker8436 it is possible. Urine is high in nitrogen and is used to this day as a fertilizer. However, diluted with water so as to not burn the plants

I don’t understand why u would downplay the 4th commandment about the Sabbath & place more emphasis on all the other 9 commandments. And u are saying it’s ok not to keep the 7th day Sabbath. Why did God say, “ Remember to keep the Seventh Day holy”. He knows his people will do this of changing the sabbath, that’s why he said “REMEMBER”. So why are u leading your church away from God’s chosen Sabbath. We are not to change God’s laws. Even one jot or tittle is not to be changed. So who gives u the right to change God’s law & especially his Sabbath. There’s nothing U say to justify your wrong teaching about the Sabbath is going to go well with God. God gave us his Sabbath the seventh day to keep it holy not the first day. U are preaching God’s word & telling your congregation to obey the Commandments then why are u taking the 4th commandment & saying it’s ok u don’t need to keep this commandment, the seventh day sabbath. U need to pray & ask God to open your eyes about his ‘TRUE SABBATH’. 🙏🏻

Selvi, are you Jewish? The commandments were given to the Jewish people not to Gentiles. Did you know that the Bible is a Jewish book and written mostly for Jewish people? Did you know that it was the early church who first started meeting together on the first day of the week? We are the CHURCH we are not the Jews. Please consider carefully before you criticise in public a servant of God who is rightly dividing the Word of truth.

@@margaretgreen1957 The church meeting on Sunday has nothing to do with Sabbath, which is Saturday. They met on Sunday to commemorate the resurrection of Jesus. If the commandments were given to Jews and not Gentiles, then why do you follow any of them? Why do you single out the Sabbath and not the other 9?

@@margaretgreen1957there's a sect of Christians who really get on their high horse about the Sabbath. To the point of being so legalistic and sanctimonious about it, they are insufferable. They acted like we're all going to hell for not keeping the Sabbath the same way orthodox jews do. Sounds like they are trying to keep the law for their salvation

Sadly, Skip's words were prophetic, as it is now 2023, and Hamas made a surprise attack on Israel, and they are now at war. 😢
