Klasse Leistung !! War gestern mit meiner Pannonia TL, Baujahr 1955, beim Oldtimertreffen in Au bei Bad Aibling anlässlich des dortigen Burschenfests. Habe dort gleich die um den DEUTZ-Motor herum gebaute Fahr-Maschine gesehen - Hut ab vor dieser Edelbastler-Leistung !

When I was in army, I had a 1966 faun tanker which had a 8 cylinder Deutz engine, no water. I remembered that sound. Nice job well done mate.

Wir fahren den Motor noch im Fischerkahn und es ist immer wieder geil mit einem Liter Diesel über die Müritz zu kommen... ... die gelbe Luntendose steht immer noch... Wow, that must be one heavy motorcycle! I love how you used the frame tubes as the exhaust pipes. 9:08 When you let out the clutch at idle and rode off, the RPMs never even changed. That's diesel torque for you!

The power to weight ratio can't get much worse but I imagine he can ride all day on 1 litre of diesel fuel.

I'm a die hard Harley fan, but I'd be proud to ride that, or just ride along with the man. He has re-defined the word "custom".

I have 2 Deutz diesels, one in my Bobcat, 22 yrs old, one in my stump grinder, over 30 yrs old. Excellent motors. The one in the stump grinder, the oil ALWAYS stays honey gold, never had black motor oil. Been a diesel mechanic over 40 yrs, never , ever seen that in any engine.

When I first saw the engine put into the frame I really REALLY didn’t like it. I appreciate that my opinion doesn’t matter anyway, but yup, I thought it looked awful. A very old agricultural engine in a rather modern looking frame etc...... And now? I could not of been any further from correct. This is EASILY one of the best bikes I’ve ever seen. Of ANY STYLE!!!! Everything is done in just the right amount, the right colour, flair etc Wow, wow and WOW!!!!!! Wonderful work, it’s a bit cheesy saying it, but it truly is a moving work of art. Fabulous! Wish I had the skills to build something like that. I had a diesel bike..... 10hp, 400cc Yanmar boat engine in a Suzuki frame. It used less than 2lts for 100km. Loved it. But this is something else.

Beautiful bike. Since the exhaust is integrated into the frame, double-wall construction with ceramic coating would keep the exhaust from rusting out and requiring replacement of frame sections. I'd imagine that bike pulls like a freight train, with that diesel engine and huge flywheel. I'd love to see it with a supercharger.
