I love how they tell you that johnson city is one of the most affordable cities in USA. Yea, because if you are buying this place you are really worried about the town being "affordable"

Drive by this every time I go to work. Always wondered what it looked like inside. I’d love a garage like that… Honestly, the house beside it is way prettier. If you’ve ever drove by here you know which one I’m talking about…lol

This is awesome. I have lived here for years and lived off the bristol hwy for a while. Always thought his place looked unreal. the more i learn about it the more i realize its freaking awesome. Its a freaking mansion

to answer your question, Boone lake is fed by the Watauga river which has a dam that has problems that they have been working on for probably 5 or 6 years, repairs should be done in next couple of years and all go back top normal.

The only two things that need redoing are the neon paint in some of the rooms and the cheap neon patio furniture. Two more things...get rid of the race track and the theater. Both are old school and no longer worth the expense of upkeep or loss of space. I mean who goes to the movies or the race coarse any more? The race track area could be used for an orchard and the "theatre" for a gym, indoor pool, or even a wine cellar.

Inez Neal Johnson City is a great place I’ve lived in Elizabethton and Johnson City all my life. We are very nice but can be stupid sometimes.
