Yeah, that's like the best thing about them. It really pissed me off when Anaisha broke up with Ben saying that he didn't respected her, because girl, you were doing the same thing all along the line. Then you got jealous of Devi and Ben being friend, cheated on Ben, and dumped him while also blaming him. Ben always gets Devi and She always gets him. They both can be themselves when with each other, do their own thing. They make each other feel special about themselves (not putting them down like Paxton and Anaisha). They understand each other so much, and that's why I love them.

I'm Devi and Ben since season 1. They are perfect for each other and I don't think my heart can take this long to finally see them together.

Funny enough I think Paxton also loved her for her. He was bang on when he broke up with her. Devi didn't love herself. Although he felt she was good enough if not too good for him, and told her to stop putting herself down, she couldn't see how valuable she was. It was "a lot" because nothing he did was enough to let Devi see herself through his eyes. He didn't want to leave her, but he recognized that she had growing to do and she couldn't do it while with him. He never stopped caring about her and checking in on her. Paxton fell for her for real, grew because of her, supported her, encouraged her, was open and honest with her, and was willing to do whatever it took to make her happy even though everyone was against them. He valued her more than anything else. He even dedicated his speech to her. They only failed because Devi never took him off fantasy level.

@@emilyprentice5581 I have mixed feeling about that, there is some truth about what you said, he cared about her, but he didn't try enough in my opinion. He once said to fabiola that she is to complicated for him, he wanted things to be simple which is understable but he should have not broken up with her, he should have worked on the relationship instead. Of course most of the work should come from Devi side, she should work on herself but there is nothing better than a loved one supporting you, reassuring you it helps a lot . I feel like he didn't give her enough time to be a better person. in the end They broke up on his terms In opposition to Devi, Devi never gave up on him, for instance She never gave up on him when he admitted the reason of why he wanted to keep their relationship secret, she heard his side of the story and she expressed her discomfort about it, and then she gave him a choice The fact that he chose the total opposit of devi right after his break up , He went back to his old habit just to realize he wasnt happy makes me think he wasn't ready to have a serious relationship. Because yes RELATIONSHIP NEEDS WORKS and effort

I completely agree! There's actually a quote from HIMYM that I absolutely love that fits so well here - "but there's a bigger story. A story of how I became who I had to become before I could meet her". NHIE is, among others, a story of how Devi and Ben became who they had to become to be ready for each other.

The series isnt over yet its been hinting at ben being endgame the whole time she wont end up with paxton if anything its between des and ben now 😜

I love the way that this show actually makes each of the love interests worth watching. Like I have a preference towards Ben, but I enjoyed Paxton and Des too and I think all 3 bring different things out in Devi, and she brings something out of each of them too. I just really get a kick out of Devi and Ben's competitive-ness with each other.
