Hi Sir, i have the same issue and doctor asked to do septoplasty. For now i am breathing from one hole of the nose. After surgery you said both the holes will be closed and we can get better breath from nose after 6weeks only, so till then i have to breath from mouth only right.

childhood mouthbreathing can cause the palate to arch inwards and upwards... Pushing on the space for the septum against the base on the skull. So this causes the septum to buckle on side... But the root issue is the narrow and high palate.... Not the septum itself. How can we treat this with surgery??
