a standard workout in terms of duration and volume. exercises may change. during this block whatever weight i choose i just try to do more than i did the last time. leads to a very simple slow rise in workout intensity. a nice simple alternative to block training. this workout done as usual when the world is dark 🧛🦇

Interesting what Devon said about Jerry. I feel Devon trains harder to exploit his opponent's weaknesses more than he trains to exploit his own strengths. That's why he's a Rubik's cube for every opponent he turns up against. I get the feeling his opponents focus mainly on their own strengths. Chaffee is the perfect example. Devon didn't need to have more power, he just needed to be what Dave couldn't work with.

For arm wreslting id say back js more important if you want to talk about extra muscle groups maybe shoulders biceps also but benching not really much towards arm wreslting unless maybe your doing a shoulder press or flop wrist press and you cant just use those moves just like that have to have strong ligaments and tendons
@darkness7516

Id say do so full pronation as extra or stuff like that to do the full twist when pronating even from a starting point which is rare for people to even do.maybe some barbell wrist curls which isnt extra at all so msybe I shouldnt mention as that.extra stuff but still useful would be back shoulders biceps sort of extra but they always do need some work not as much as forearms though

Full range of motion is irrelevant. It engages different sets of muscle groups when you go beyond 90 degrees, and you cna cheat to get to that point. The engaged or loaded curl is a better bicep exercise anyway. Full range of motion is also a good way to hyper extend connective tissue; too many meat heads have passed along bad habits under the guise of calling one another "pussies" if they don't embrace them.

I would go over devon older videos on weight lifting training for arm wrestling they are like this video also I would go on Michael Todd’s KZfaq page and watch his 101 on arm wrestling and other workout videos and get a table like this or build one out of wood and I build one out of wood as well and used weights I had at home and devons older training videos he shows you ways to train with things you already have laying around your house so you don’t got to go buy weights right away but if you want to buy something that you can use for the rest of your life then Google Kmall24.com and buy artarm handles one right and one left and Michael Todd and so many other ppl swear by them because then feel the most natural thing to a hand in your hand when training also I bought a set a fews weeks back and love them . Hope this helps you bud
