Beautiful. I certainly enjoyed the English Countryside when i visited Cornwall last spring. So peaceful. Really hard to to explain how far you are ahead of me in terms of climate. I am located in Newfoundland and We are just now getting rid of our snow and temps are still below 10 C for a high and usually freezing at night. Yet my hives still have some brood started however limited it is. Dont need a narration, great job!

What was that cross in front of the broken tree marking? Is it an old grave?

"As cross types go, Hawson Cross can be classified as a wayside cross of the Latin style which probably marked the old monastic route known as the ‘Monk’s Path’ which ran between Buckfast and Buckland abbeys. Are you allowed to fish trout in those streams??? Looks good !

With a licence, I think you can fish for brownies, although like most streams and rivers here, it may be controlled by a club or landowner.
