These are tourist traps that never last because they were never meant to last. An indian chinese fusion restaurant that cant make biryani correctly will never last dont fall for this. They get free food from the worst rated places to try in the city, they are the worst tourist’s cause there grifters selling u mediocore times sq restaurants most of the time lol.

"Yoghurt marinated"and "Yoghurt Sauce". My brother in Christ it is made from curd, and the Yoghurt sauce is called "Raita"

What's wrong calling it yoghurt they are are not from India what they are having is not 'authentic' Indian food and curd and yoghurt is mostly same, in India curd is more common while in the states yoghurt is more commonly found

The food looks good. It's funny that the biryani pot is covered with dough and torched to look like the biryani is actually cooked in a clay pot 🙂
