There was Taliyah a few years back, but pretty sure that was their one and only miss out of every champion to come to LoR.

One of the quiet ones that I think is excellent is Caitlyn. Still pretty similar, but such a better design

Another one that's absolutely fire from them is Master Yi. Looked like a clunky action figure and is now someone who looks like a true master of Wuju

Leblanc was a complete miss imo, but tbf, she's *still* better than she is in lol

don't forget jax and malphite, huge improvment

@@Cezako jax and malph actually look intimidating in the game which I cannot say for their LoL models. I'm especially partial to Malph since they actually managed to get across his colossal size quite well, in both his level up and his art my guy finally looks like a mountain

I agree with LoR being amazing for reimagining champions... but Swain? He's the same, isn't he? At least his design?

@@lv4715 Aesthetically he's the same, but he feels more like a general with a masterplan in terms of gameplay. I get so much more of a general feeling from him in LoR :)

Yeah, Yi and Zilian probably had the best change to not only their design but also their lore/story.

Honestly it kind of comes across as if they're preemptively apologising? Like they kept saying that their Nidalee redesign was meant to stay loyal to the LoL design as if they anticipated some kind of outrage. Which is weird because every redesign thus far has been a hit, including this one

They outsource all the art, which is the best part of LoR. Nid and Neeko story is weak at best unlike TF and Graves.

Well, it can be seen two ways. Nidalee is still the same person in LoR (thank god for Nid's voice update), just with a new design. Or, we haven't touched LoL Nidalee because we are a different game. I don't think they meant LoL Nidalee won't EVER get upgraded. Just that they didn't touch her in league... because different games.

Also, Nidalee had another redesign before this, and it was much more faithful with the browns and white tatoos. So they might also be saying that design is still canon too. (Also... if Nid gets an ASU, i want this LoR design for the base, but we could get a traditional Nidalee with that other design i mentioned.)
