At mark 3:13 it appears to me that you are loading the grease cartridge in wrong. You don't take the end off, the whole metal tube unscrews and you load the cartridge from the other end.

I did it the same way you did it in the video several times before I realized I was doing it wrong too. I would get so mad and I made a horrible mess every time. Thanks for the video.

I've got the same one. Word to the wise, there's a locking tab on the guide rod. You have to feel for this when pushing the rod back into the tube body. It should be easy and smooth. If not, you're forcing the plunger up the tube and allowing grease behind the plunger. Never, ever, ever let an apprentice use your tools.

Nice review i can see farmers who have a lot of greasing to do for there machines and heavy equipment real handy.

the reason you had no air to bleed out is because you need to release the grease tube rod from the retaining slot...page 12 in the instruction book, item #6 under installing a grease cartridge...good grease gun, thanks for the video...also - get yourself a "lock n lube" to replace the factory coupler

Sure beats the old hand held grease gun. The hand held are a bugger with having to purge the air and grease going everywhere and getting my hands sodomized with grease. Very good review.

You're loading that all wrong. The entire tank screws off. You do not have to remove the spring loaded cap. Watch the video from DLH Farms and he shows the proper way to do it. Way easier when done properly.
