I really liked Kelsey! You should definitely film more videos with her in the future. I'd like to know more about your diet and exercise routine since that definitely contributes to the appearence of your skin and I'm really struggling with adult acne right now.

hi! I obviously have no idea what type of acne your suffering from, but adult acne is WAY more common than you believe. I work at sephora and it's one of the most common things grown people come to me with! making sure you hydrate your skin with lots of humectants (hyaluronic acid, glycerin, aloe) makes a big difference in many for balancing oil levels, as well as wearing sunscreen to minimize irritation and preventing the spots from becoming scars. general acne can be improved with: -benzoyl peroxide, 2.5 or 5%, which kills the environment that acne bacteria grow in (effaclear duo, paulas choice are good options), - salicylic acid serums (vs it in a face wash which for most gives minimal results), which sink in and break up all the oil based congestion to clear out the pores (paulas choice also has a good 2% one) , and retinoids, which speed up cell turnover and don't give acne much time to develop (adapalene 0.1% (differin and proactiv have good ones) you can combine these methods as well but this is a great place to start! keep in mind the more you use the dryer your skin will feel, so hydration is even more important! retinoids also make you sun sensitive (from the exfoliation) so sunscreen is so even more important here as well! good luck!!

if the acne is bacteria driven also keeping tabs on cleaning towels, pillows, makeup brushes, etc can help. diet is also helpful but not likely to be the sole cause of the issue. avoiding processed foods or high salt /fat /sugar foods tend to help but its not proven like those ingredients^ are! exercising tends to help the skin look healthy too. hormones/birth control can also cause a lot of nightmares in the skin, in which case a dermatologist can determine and give you something to treat it with!

Hey! I've been struggling with adult acne for a decade, but DIM and omega 3 supplements have changed my life. I use vegan omega 3 by Omvits and Skin Accumax for the DIM. These supplements have completely cleared up my skin. I only break out now if I'm eating ridiculously unhealthy foods. Hope this helps!!

wow everytime Rosie has a look I think it's my favorite, but this hands down is the most GORGEOUS. it's the perfect amount of glam while still looking natural, and the bronzey colors are so lovely for summer. amazing work Kelsey and thank you for the great tips! This looks stunning! If I was Rosie I’d definitely get her to do my makeup again!! She was right when she said when she said she does skin really well, but the way she did her eyes was beautiful too!! That eye look really made your eyes pop Rosie! I’d do something similar to this on my wedding day, but without glittery eyes. I can’t wait for Rosie and Jason’s wedding!! I’m looking forward to see what her dress looks like. I know that she will look stunning, she’d look stunning in a black bin bag tbf!
