The part that I enjoy the most about the psychiatrist plot line is the fact that most people who go into psychology and psychiatry are just as messed up as the patients they deal with. I’m working on a psych degree and I see it every day, I also personally struggle with anxiety. It’s like you go into that field so you can understand yourself, then you have tons of student loans and have to find a way to pay it back.

Why don’t they show Dexter working out like 2 hours a day, he is so buff, it would have to be part of his daily life! I saw M C Hall twice in stage productions in NYC, he was amazing.

They made the show just to kill off that main character I strongly believe. Because showtime wouldn’t let them kill Dexter in the finale, and the showrunners were pissed off that a killer like Dexter didn’t die or get arrested .

My religion is: Dexter died in the hurricane, the lumberjack scene was a Purgatory representation, he’s paying for all the suffering he created. And new blood is non-canon 👍
