As a fan of SM artist since 2nd gen this kind of story line was SM style back in late 00's era. The music the dress the sound are totally SM 00's and US boy band blend with WayV flavour and something this 20's.

This is the best reaction to this song that I have found! I feel the same way and interpreted it just the same as you. I wrote my interpretation on a couple of sites too. Most people although they like it they would just gloss over the beauty and meaning of the lyrics and the symbolism! This song blew me away when I first heard it and I can't get enough of it! The whole album is really great too! Thank you for pointing out the beauty so elegantly! The musical score and the cinematography also were so well thought out and executed! The choreo is fire! I just love this masterpiece! It should win many awards! Thank you for your great commentary!

This is literally one of the most unique songs I've heard in a while. I literally fell in love with it upon first listen. It really reminds me of some older kpop music, and the lyrics are so symbolic... and Xiaojun's VOCALS

Como fã do artista da SM desde a 2ª geração, esse tipo de história era o estilo da SM no final dos anos 2000. A música, o vestido, o som são totalmente SM 00 e boy band norte-americana misturam-se com o sabor WayV e algo dos anos 20. Uau. Eles acertaram em cheio. This has to be the best reaction I've seen. thank you for talking about the symbolism and meaning of the lyrics. Sadly, wayv is still underrated til today and I can't speak for everyone but it also kinda feels like they were talking about the Lucas situation. idk, i could be wrong but the boxing and arrows and lyrics just kind of connected to the whole situation. they could be singing it in his behalf but it could be for the general audience like we made mistakes and bad decisions when we were young. I love this song and all their songs. 💚💛
