.500 gm mix dal
2 onion
3 tomatoes
4-5 green chilli
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch asafoetida
1-2 tsp salt
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 piece ginger
10 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp degi mirch powder
1/2 tsp kasoori methi
chop coriander
2 tsp ghee
