ingredients:-
1 bunch spinach
8 no eggs
salt to taste
2 tbsp oil
.100 gm fresh coriander
5-6 green chilli
sugar for boiling spinach
.10-20 gm mint
.100 gm curd
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1.5 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 chop onion
1 chop tomato
1/4 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp kasoori methi
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
whole spices
1 whole red chilli

Chef....I truly appreciate your dishes cooked in the North Indian style . We cooked Palak Paneer instead of egg....as indicated by you during your narrative where you said the gravy could be used for the same. The only change I made was......I did not add Jeera and dry chillies in the beginning...and... in the final step, I added more garlic...by slicing juliennes and frying them in butter...then mixing it in the final product..and covering it with a lid...before finally serving it... the result was simu divine🙂👍
