You need to dig further back in his career. He’s scammed many people and taken their money. He also has legal problems in CA. He was trying to set up makeup classes that weren’t able to help anyone’s career. These videos are not good. His wife is shady too. I bet you can find stuff on both of them easily. I followed her a long time ago for makeup. Lily Galechi was engaged to him years ago and she broke it off because of his issues.

in my personal opinion even if your child does have a paying job they shouldnt have to pay rent or to pay to live with you if they are still kids since you are still very much responsible for them and you were the ones who chose to bring them in to this world so you have a duty towards them

Passion is great but so is education and pursuing many different opportunities. Like she said, content creating is hard. It’s not for everyone. Not everyone should try to be a content creator, the same way not everyone should try to be a nurse. Some people get lucky but it’s hard. Some people aren’t meant to be a nurse or a doctor. I’m going for what I’m mostly passionate about but I’m not fully counting on it and it’s not fun all of the time by any means.

The fact there are kids out there already doing TikTok and not getting a real job especially in economy that is trending into higher rent in housing. I hate my job but I show up and it pays my rent, car payments, food and gas because I still live with my parents

I remember some of his old videos like stand up for anyone bullied or don't bully people for liking different genres of tv than you. I noticed that his older videos were better and I felt like I could watch without cringing. There was a video where everyone adored SSSniperWolf in it, but there was this girl who got bullied for liking anime. The bully spent all her trust fun and ended up working for the anime girl, the anime girl was successful and she regretted bullying her. Though the message was a support your passion and you'll be successful even if you're bullied, the anime girl was learning how to animate and was drawing out her story boards by that point. It was easier to watch and more relatable because you can be good at something and get made fun of for it. The video wanted people to reach for their dreams, this one was "drop everything and watch tik toks! You'll be amazing"

This is honestly so sad…that video was sending the wrong message and it just motivates young kids even more. It can even motivate adults who also want to make money. What has this world become…☹️

i thought about this a long time ago, it used to seem like Dhar mann was giving good messages but they are too unrealistic...the "bad people" in the stories always end upsuffering and the "good people" have their way, but in real life there is no good or bad. there isn't obviously right or wrong, people are just different. idk why everyone goes crazy over these videos

I think Dhar Mann's thought process comes from a place of privilege where one can afford to take financial risks by following their passion full-time (with no guarantee of success) due to having the safety net of their family if their venture goes badly. However, not everyone has that luxury and many will need prioritize financial security above all else. In his videos about poor people, Dhar pushes a bootstrap mentality where he thinks anything is possible if you put your mind to it. The world of Dhar Mann is basically an idealized capitalist utopia. Finally, Dhar's scripts sound like they're written for 5 year olds. The moral of the story spelled word for word in your face every time. Could he really not have figured a way to incorporate the moral more naturally without have a character straight up say it (sometimes more than once, even)? Same goes for all the dialogue. Dhar seems to not trust anyone to be able to figure out anything without a character explicitly telling us.

As an 11 year old i can say that actually I'm with the Mom and the Dad you need or should follow your dream as the mother said but in the same time you should take care of the bills and not everything can be done, for example I'm gonna follow my passion when I'm older, which is being a successful progammer and a famous tennis player, well that's a real dream not being a tiktok influencer, being a famous athletic or a famous actor is the real dream.

I honestly only watch doorman just to laugh at the videos or I put it on while I eat lol

tip: if your trying to make a job off a TikTok account, I’d recommend having a backup job that makes at least minimum wage. It’s really easy to get one, even if it’s being like a waiter. TikTok videos have no guarantee your going to get a lot of views. Like she said, an audience takes time to build. Money may not be the most important thing in the world to you, but honestly you can’t survive without it. That’s just the truth.
