i had the exact same thing, i was always comparing my body to people online and started to eat less, exercise more and more it became so intense that i got an eating disorder. i completely stopped eating and become dangerously underweight. i was a week away from dying but then i was forced into hospitalisation. i got a feeding tube there and i’m now trying to recover. please please please don’t compare you’re body to people online you are so beautiful in your own way and every body deserves to eat. take care of yourself 🤍

I used to be overweight back in high school and I felt really insecure about myself but thankfully nobody made fun of me back then. The students would give me nice compliments which is really kind of them to do and then I continued to take tae kwon do class which I became a second degree black belt in no matter how many painful challenges I had to face to earn my second degree black belt. I also began to watch my calories by eating healthy and drinking plenty of water. I also began to develop allergies to gluten, cows milk and shellfish which also helped me lose weight. A wise person once told me that my allergies are my friends. She also told me that I am beautiful even though I still felt insecure about myself.
