Spinach is a very healthy vegetable.
Using old plastic bottles you can make a wonderful hanging spinach garden, drill small holes in the plastic bottle, then plant spinach seeds inside, use kitchen waste to make organic fertilizer. After 20 days you can already harvest spinach for your family's meal. This method of planting is very easy and saves space. try to make it at home!
