@The Algorithm well.. it depends on which stage of you hair pattern baldness.. im between stage 2 and 3 and im 29 years old..you are still young and if youre already reached the stage 3.. i definitely recommend you.. but you should awake of the side... if you planning to get married and have child.. you should not take it...but this side effect is not permanent though.. once you stop taking it.. the side effect gone and your hair also start receding again.. have you tried dht blocker shampoo or finoxidil? I think you should tried it first...

No, probaly not. The less dht, the more side effects. These dht 'blocking' foods most likely wont have a big enough effect to cause side effects
