We all have experienced trauma in our life, and there are now many ways to deal with the aftermath of trauma. In this video, Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche teaches us the most important method of healing trauma, as proclaimed by the Buddha. Rinpoche also shares his insights on how to tackle trauma in five-minute guided meditation.
