We have done c Peptide test and he had above 1.5. We have not done HOMA-IR yet

Sir i have recently tested my HPA1C i got 7.5 and i have tested before and after food its shows 140-230...... after three months now my HPA1C level is 4.8 and before after is 98-130......now can i start my normal food ...... Plz reply sir
