Doctor🙏🙏 I am viewing your videos recently but have seen almost all your viedoes. Very much practical, very much valuable. Your way of demonstration is very pleasing. Useful for all, in all ages.Are these exercises sufficient for people of age group 60s? Even specialist doctors doesn't explain much the causes and effects. Thank you Doctor🙏🙏 Expecting your viedo on scoliosis and the exercises you recommend.
