great👍🏼 I am in late sixties with borderline diabetes, feel so lethargic to even walk daily luckily came across this video and am thrilled and egar to do these exercise and will make my children to follow these as theylead a sedentary life. Thanks a ton😊

I ask my doctor yesterday and he said yes,it's common for your sugar level to go up after working out,and then it comes back in range.
