I think we just use monofilament for sole. Do we have to test with cotton wisp for fine sensation ove sole?

Is it normal to vocalise negative findings ? In my previous training we were told to omit negative findings from the presentation and only focus on positive findings. If no positive finding it would be adequate to say the findings were normal.
