Glad you have found it helpful, Romberg's sign is something we would test for in examination of the nervous system but not necessarily when examining the diabetic foot.

If you ever come back to KZfaq you should work with them to take action against all the “asmr” channels that are stealing your videos for views. Sometimes they’ll speed up the video or cut bits and pieces of it to try and make it seem original. The compilation videos of doctor examinations are one thing but people are literally just reposting your videos everywhere and claiming credit. I’ve report a few already but I doubt it’ll make a difference unless you take action. These are just so well done I hate the idea of people stealing your content and giving absolutely no credit!

This patient appeared to have pes planus and should have been observed on tip toes to see if the arch became more pronounced. You also asked a leading question "You don't have any pain in your feet do you?" Which may prevent some patients from speaking up. Otherwise good video thanks.

Is diabetic foot examination considered complete, especially for OSCE, PACES or MRCPI clinical, without a lower limbs neurological examination ? You examined touch sensation but did not examine vibratory sensation nor proprioception. Thank you.
