Cooked Thuvar(pigeon pea lentils) dal 1 cup

Oil 3 Tsp
Water 2 cups
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder a pinch
Sambar powder 2 Tsp
Hing/asafoetida a pinch
Mustard seeds 1/2 Tsp
Methi seeds powder 1/ 4 Tsp
