You have given so many good, tasty recipes n that too easy to prepare. N thank god...my husband also like those recipes very much. His fluctuating sugar also became #steady. Thank you, really appreciate these ideas. My husband is diabetic so I can definitely try these recipes. The only changes I would make would be to remove or reduce the carrot as cooked carrots have high GI. Tq again.

Hello Gita aunt 🙏, firstly I love your each and every recipe, and also tried the karela muthiya last week, it came out excellent , even my son also liked it, thanks a lot for a very healthy and wonderful channel ❤😊 And I do make ragi dosas earlier frm few years but also make mixed dosas like bajra, sorghum, ragi and wheat mix dosas which are also very healthy😊
