iLVL 50 is the minimum to get a + skill Affix on a Large Charm, iLVL 77 is the minimum level required to hit +1 skill Affix and Vita Suffix (+36-40 life), iLVL 91 is high enough to give you a chance of Vita being +41-45 life

It's been a few years but if I remember correctly, if you're interested in only the +skill and not worried about the life bonus, it's better to reroll act 3 nightmare grand charms. The pool of available bonuses is less than the higher ilvl charms from later in the game so you tend to get +skills faster.

GCs from hell Trav council are good to reroll as well. I recently rerolled 1 bow GC and 2 PNB skillers with mods

+45 to life is max I believe and they are really valuable if you have a good + Skill tree attached

My theory is that if the level requirement of the grand charm is at least lvl 69 then it has a higher probability of rolling a skiller charm because the skill charm requirement is lower. I've done this twice and still trying it out. But my theory is that when you roll a charm it has a higher likely-hood of rolling a charm down to a lower level instead of a higher level.

TLDR: Put 3 pgems in a cube with a GC. I just saved you 6 long winded mins of your life.

Being an old school Diablo player myself and now transitioned over to console lifestyle as well. One big gripe I have with the port is there is no efficient way to merc tank bosses since you can't feed him potions effectively

Got a 44 life gc from nihi last night and rerolled it about 10 times with no luck yet.

One thing about the old Diablo II that was annoying was that your characters couldn't share stash space. So if you rolled +1 to elemental skills [Druid only] and your character was not a druid, you're out of luck.

Thanks to Terror Zones you don't have to kill Baal or Diablo to get those charms or magic items worth re-rolling. Also this video is only regarding charms BUT take note that this reroll recipe works for any magic item in the game. I reroll Magic maiden and Ceremonial Javs more than anything. You can also reroll high item level rare items with an soj and a perfect skull

Don't use Ruby's, Skulls, or Amethysts. They are used for crafting and can be traded away or used.

I have +20 skills on gear and charms. My tornadoes hits for almost 6k 4 grand elemental charms and 1 fire torch.

This is bad information. You want to use the lowest level charm possible that can still roll with skills which is from mid act 3 nightmare. These can still get up to 30 bonus life. The next step up is the caves in act 4 which get that to 35, and of course a newb friend I gave a charm to roll and said "be careful to only use this one," got himself a java/33hp this way the day before yesterday. Regardless of which you pick, you should always keep the item level low because the chance for bonus skills decreases exponentially (literally) as you go higher in item level. 10 hitpoints (45 max, versus 35) is not worth cutting your chances this substantially.
