What is the length of the inside of the box

What if your gladiator didn’t come with the plastic box will your metal box still fit

Yup, it still fits! If your gladiator does not have at least the non lockable box though, you will need the 4 bolts. Diabolical is working on including that hardware in future kits

Will that metal box not rub or cut through your wiring going under it?

The box does not have any sharp edges and the wiring is in a thick wiring loom. With the box not really having the ability to shift around, since bolted down, I don’t believe the harness could face any issues

Any rattling from the metal when driving ?

That was honestly one of my biggest concerns when purchasing this box but I have had any rattle, even when wheeling. It is important to secure whatever you’re hauling in it though. I had a tool kit that was sliding around. I ended up adding some foam in the bottom and cutting out pockets for things
