All Appliances are supposed to have one. On the washers it could be in the control panel or taped to the inside of the cabinet. If yours not available, you can ask Google for a servicemanual pertaining to your model number. I get mine on appliantology.org/ . By paying for $300 yearly subscription. You can go on just answers and pay a small fee to just answers and ask for your service manual. Or who has it on Google?
