*A great vacuum💯 for the price. The suction is awesome **MyBest.Tools** excellent for pet hair. The beater attachment works great on the stairs. Not too heavy and easily maneuvered.🤨*

Mine still works good. Just remember to tap the dust off the big round foam filter on the top every couple months.

I've had mine for over a year I believe and it works great! Just make sure to clean it every month or so and change the hepa filter every six months.

I just bought this new at $79 and can't get the canister to snap on. It seriously does not even snap on and falls away from the base. So I either duct tape it....or take it back. I'll be taking it back.

rob w, it doesn matter if the hepa filter is screwd in or not, sealed hepa filters like the one on dyson have rubber seals around the perineter of the filter. Hepa filters on this works good because its snugged tightly on to place which means theres no gaps for the dust to leak out, but the hepa filter on this is not sealed. The only thing thats sealed is the dust cup and the hose inleds.

Just thought I'd put some information here because some of you have false information. All vacuums need there belt changed after a period of time, its just how rubber works. All vacuums ( even Dyson) need there filter changed, its a filter, it clogs. And one comment said vacuum wizard tested zero dust coming from the filter, and this is correct but only for a use or two and then the very fine dust gets all the way through the filter, and your Dyson is spraying dust everywhere. Now some of you are thinking that dysons have lifetime filters, but just because a company says lifetime, it doesn't mean that its going to last forever, other whould be like dyson saying "you never need to empty the dust cup" but when it fills up you need to empty it. Hope this helps some of you.

+Mark Ague I'm glad you posted this.just like a car its normal wear and tear. you have to maintain the vacuum and replace parts,and clean the filter out and etc. nothing lasts forever. i love mine and its been a year since i purchased mine and it wasn't $85.00 either. I also have a Kirby too that i paid money for its a lifetime warranty on the motor. i also have to pay to have it serviced once a month. I'm happy happy ....

My hose isnt getting suction, does the clear cyclone tube come apart from the yellow part connected to the black filter part?
@robwalton2007

RyanSellman1, the Eureka Airspeed Zuum IS a Sealed System. If you lift the Hepa Filter Cover off & look at the Hepa Filter, you will notice it is screwed down & held in place by a plastic screw. And while it does rip off Root Cyclone technology, it does it pretty well for a copycat. And while you do have to change your Hepa Filter after a couple of years & your belt changed every 6 months, that's to be expected with the copycats. You can't have your cake & eat it too.

I found one on the side of road, took it home and it worked fine. When I moved into my new home I decided to give it a try, because I didn't feel like dealing with my Kirby. I must admit this unit performed outstanding, but that was only the half of it whomever owned it before never cleaned all of the filters once I clean the filters...hate to say it, but I think the "Little Fella" would give my $900.00 bucks Kirby a serious run for the money as far as vacuuming.
@FanOfVacuums2
@FanOfVacuums2 7 жыл бұрын
I would stick with the Kirby. I don't know what you mean by dealing with it. A Kirby can easily beat this vacuum and clean circles around it. You just need to make sure that you know how to adjust the head of the Kirby. I've had experiences with both types and I own quite an abnormal amount of Kirby vacuums. Other than the horrible plastic construction, the Eureka lacks consistent airflow in the head and efficiency in general. The filters also get dirty and choke the vacuum on a regular basis. That's not just with the modern Eureka vacuums, either. A Kirby is a direct-air vacuum that is able to lift carpet and pull dirt through it while the brush agitates it. A Kirby or a similar vacuum such as a classic Royal or Sanitaire will outperform this plastic junk any day and make your carpets last longer.

I like it. IT's powerful. I don't know where the reset button is. DO you know? It overheated because of a blockage I had, and the motor automatically shut off. NOW, I've cleaned immaculately the unit but don't know where the reset button is. Can you tel me?
@tmmaston
@tmmaston 4 жыл бұрын
It has a thermostat protector, it doesn't have a reset button. You need to let it rest for 30 minutes and let it cool.

Appreciated the How-To video. Acquired a used one. Seems more suitable for an immaculate apartment arrangement. Heaven help you if you accidentally vacuum a small wood chip. You have to take the thing apart. Has to be a design error. Happens all the time - we do not live in an immaculate apartment.

My parents had this vacuum for 2 years and it died. I gave them my FilterQueen Majestic 360 and it filled the canister 1/2 full in a medium sized bedroom. We kept up with belts every6 months and filter replacements etc. These Walmart cleaners are trash. My grandmother has had her Amway ClearTrak for 25 years and her FilterQueen 700 almost 40 years.

Beware....I spent over an hour trying to snap the lid back onto the canister. I wasn't successful. Hubby who knows how to do it is away on business so it's not getting done. Very difficult to work with.

this vacuum sucks! as much as the dyson anyway. The problem with this model is that the retractable tool hose is difficult to use, and the vacuum has no powered wheels and is very difficult to pull. If you are looking for a comfortable easy experience I suggest you stick with your dyson and have it remanufactured by a vacuum store. I'm a big fan of the dyson ball for manuverbility however it doesn't have as much suction power as the airspeed.

I bought this 2 months ago and its trash, I have bought 2 different models from the $200.00 to the $120.00 they all are crap!!! Either shuck they money out for a Kirby or an Electrolux. or stay in the 5 range with a Dyson. I am pretty sure the marketing directors used this as a lets get the consumer to think it works good with fancy packages and titling. This is coming from real world use, I have 3 kids 2 cats and a taco bell dog and this vacuum is utter shit!!! You get what you pay for, remember that.
