Thanks for the video, Dylan. I like my Legato from Espresso Outlet, and being new to Espresso, still have a lot to learn. I found out I need to add a shim to the Sette 270 as it would not grind fine enough on the lowest setting, so waiting on that part. Can't wait to get the DF64 and 47 in from Joe as well - will be fun trying different grinders.

@@DylansHomeEspressoBar I did the Legato, I am thinking about getting one or the Apex. I have a Delong ECP 3630 and want to upgrade to a 58mm portafilter. Seems like a real cool all around machine ☕️👍🏽

Have you timed it with the PF removed? When you hit the switch how much time passes until water comes out? I see varying times on the BBE.... so for consistency I use a scale with an autotimer so time starts when it hits the cup. Curious how your machines works.
