Prithviraj Chavan is one of the very sincere ministers in the congress government. Chavan is a graduate of BITS Pilani and University of California, Berkeley in mechanical engineering. Very simple and down-to-earth person.

What message PM is giving in election speeches could have been given by him anytime during his time in office.Election is held to determine mandate of people and in election rally ruling party must present their report card and their future policy, nothing else.

I believe Mr Modi has succeeded partially in misinformation through Godi media and his speeches. He has also made many to get into understanding the Congress manifesto.
