Yay! Another not DAClub fan. They have nice stuff, but their rendering is never right. They “disneyfy” all of their art, some of which is dark and meant to be disturbing. Their treatment of faces is always to make the eyes bigger, the mouth smiling and the animals to be happy.

@@BBMc107 @BB Mc Yes! Ive never ordered from them because the prices sway me for most art to be so animated but I learned it's Their natural style to morph the images to be more cartooney. I saw a video comparing DAC to Diamond Art Deutschland which has a rendering that's a LOT more realistic when you look at turnout images. However, they obviously give you a museum of colors and confetti to complete the project and sometimes the subtle realism washes the art out as a whole. As a new diamond painter I've been enjoying exploring different shops and learning about how they produce their work!

You can rant here any day!😉 The very first diamond painting I purchased turned out pixelated. It's abstract so I still love but I realized, exactly as you said, this is not a product that is sold perfect. You have to guess your way to perfect. So, wierd. Come back and rant again soon!🤣

The thing about is that generating a couple of pixelated images is easy and cheap - but paying someone to finish off each canvas in each size costs a lot of money in materials and wages.

Jasper Janssen I guess the question then becomes do you spend money in the development stage testing the product design or loose customers because they don’t trust a vendor that sells products that cause them to produce unsatisfying artwork for their home, especially at the smaller sizes. I have seen KZfaq videos of some small paintings that are fine. But I’m not going to spend my money and time on less than 30cm x 40 cm again. Thanks for listening. 😊. Here’s a final suggestion: how about choosing one rather detailed design and working it up in all sizes and presenting it on the website as a demonstration of how size can make a difference in the end result. You could give the kits to trusted local customers to complete so you won’t have the labor costs or shipping.
