Needs some form of lubrication/cooling fluid, to help it cut faster and maintain for much longer.

Buy a vise. get thicker higher quality wire, and tension and direction and pressure are control points - do not exceed them.

all for the vise and tension, a jewlers saw is a must. but most importantly, it requires a a really steady hand and a goos amount of practice, to find the right zen, to cut true with steady long stokes, and only the lightest touch. diamond wire this tiin it's not ment for thick material, but you "can" saw a microscope slide into a jigsaw puzzle with it, and it cuts in every direction.

When i cut by hands and too much band wire, diamond cover is loose very quickly

indeed! not a big surprise, though. nylon is soft but tough and very hard to abrade

Plastic is hart to cut because the diamond wire is too smooth for polymers that are plastic so it just slips, to cut it you would need bigger edges on the wire to create enough friction.

what is the brand? i saw a japan made under name Tokyo wire work the other german made ( foget its name) what is the best brand? extreamly robust.... die hard .... thinest which be possible in diameter.( very thin at the same time severly flexible and very very stiff and one meter of it can hold 100 LBS to 200 LBS at least) ...and long enough in package with handle......can any one guide me? i prefer jaoan or german made ...they use the best matterials and technology and product is expenssive but its their right.....thanks for any guide.....i want a type to use as survical and wood ( hards and very micro) nethals( high cabid steel) and so on projects....i used chinies....tgey were really junks.....really junks....thanks for address of any german or japan made wuth clear address or even custom built with order by clients not mass products....i used surgical ones but they are so so thick and short.....Artworks on high quality woods like bermes black wood and hard steels or metals like tungesten need extream quality real diamond coated ; based on special alloys( titanium; manganez) and special structures to be completly flexible.....good luck....
