Have you heard about the petition to get Ms. Ross inducted into The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame as a solo artist ? www.change.org/p/rock-roll-hall-of-fame-ms-ross-deserves-to-be-separately-inducted-into-the-rock-roll-hall-of-fame If you have signed, or even if you haven’t, you can write to Jon Landau 750 Lexington avenue New York, New York 10022 (nominating committee). When doing this make sure to say you want to see Diana Ross on the ballot for the 2022 induction !

The only woman to ever go into the Rock n Roll Hall Of Fame, that I know of, was Stevie Nicks, of Fleetwood Mack. As a Solo Artist and a Group. Both of these women, are living legends.

@@curtisstewart9426 Yes Diana is so deserving to be in there as a solo artist too. I've been telling and getting everyone galvanized to get her in by 2022. But It will happen at some point. It's inevitable. But Diana surely should be the very first woman of color to enter the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame -- twice. It's coming y'all, keep pushing. 👍

This is a masterclass by a profoundly committed entertainer of being fully present handling the press. Diana Ross is an everyday person who clearly understands herself and her abilities, and accepts and relishes them to her best. Its why I've always followed and enjoyed her. Her powerful work ethic and discipline are exemplary. Her professionalism appreciated. Her respect for her fans and her audiences always appreciated (every concert I've been to of hers, and it's a lot, she begins on time and is so grateful of the time taken by the attendees who've spent time and money to come to see her). I can't wait for an in depth documentary of her life that delves into these aspects. Moreover, her ability to raise five level headed children while managing her celebrity is quite a feat in itself. All this plus her unique singing voice; her unique sense of glamour; her unique femininity; and her unique way of being a star. God bless this amazing and gifted woman.

There is no way I am not going to comment on this gem. This is such a rare video. I have been inspired, motivated and in love with Diana Ross since I was a teen in the 90s and have seen so much on her life through her interviews and documentaries and seeing her in concert so many times in NYC but this video truly shows Diana the person, the performer, the icon and legend. What a life she has lived. You can truly get the essence of Diana Ross the person. What a treat this must have been for Africa and for Diana Ross. There are quite a few Black people who have made history and will be cemented forever in world history and two of them definitely are Nelson Mandela and Diana Ross. Micci thank you for sharing this video.

For some reason, I have never watched an interview where Diana Ross was allowed to demonstrate her in-depth understanding and point of view on the role of history in schools and the importance of Black Identity, and the contribution of African Americans to world history. I was pleased and impressed with her poise the musical leadership she showed during the soundcheck and just a comfort level that minimized all that DIVA drama the American press love to play up. These interviews gave us a peek into her humanity in those very difficult years when she was rearing two young boys, maintaining and balancing motherhood, marriage, and a career. This is an important piece of footage.

Big time THANK YOU to the uploader! I got so thrilled to see her in rehearsals and then even announcing one of my absolute favs: 'Voice Of The Heart' just for doing smth else or not being recorded. Grrrrrrr. I also loved how open she talked about upcoming projects and dreams that she never could realize. WOW artists usually just talk after a successful project. I'm not sure what's causing her not to have a clothing line like any lil Celeb. We all know this one attributes first and foremost to Ms Ross! It was a special bonbon talking at 54 how she cannot imagine standing still on stage at 60 and yet I seen her with 60 finally for the first time! Of course I knew how lucky I was and this prolly being her last tour. Yet look what she just done past weeks in the UK at 78! This women is EPITOME! If this world only existed of 100 million geniuses like Barry Gordy, Diana Ross, Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder, Siegfried & Roy, Meat Loaf, Cher.... and not of 7 billion unnecessary parasite overpopulation with an IQ under 100 this planet would truly be PARADISE!

Diana was really frustrated that her mic was not working in the opening of I'm coming out. When she passed that microphone back to the soundcheck guy she really gave that mic to him. Diana was definitely not happy with that. Though, she did a great job recovering from the issue. That's a performer's worse nightmare. Especially, on a stage such as this with Nelson Mandela as your audience.
