that's your opinion. You can't even spell Barbra Streisand's name! But she has her millions of devoted fans and Diana Ross has her millions of devoted fans.If I had the chance to see both, and I've seen Miss Ross 3 different times, I would opt for Miss Ross. And I love Barbra Streisand, too. NO ONE, NO ONE can take anything from Diana Ross!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I always love the comments and ad-libs she adds to songs. It creates a nice intimate experience, like a relaxed conversation with the audience, but at the same time slaying the song with her awesome vocals.

@yedon68 Just because a person appears very CONFIDENT & has a certain FLARE, so in a way may not appear to be modest, does not mean that you should assume that they are not at all HUMBLE. You see a personna and only part of a person's outter expression. I have a friend who is like Diana in her poise and regalness, and people make that same mistake in judging her. On the inside, she is humble. Humility does not mean you must seem low key or common or down & out..

@yedon68 Thank you. Her voice is expressive just like her spirit.. She is very good. Please make sure if you describe yourself as arrogant, make sure it only how you see you & not others. Being particular, requiring certain things, & holding to standards does not make one arrogant. Even self love can be mistaken for it, just as long as you don't look down on others, it's just appreciating yourself.

@whatigot2say I believe that she is humble because she can relate to anybody as well as being a good mom, so it must be within her. I also believe she is very CONFIDENT,REGAL, & DRAMATIC so you may not see humility first.

Beyonce is a good entertainer, but Diana Ross is an artist/singer/entertainer of a much higher level. The young generation of our time mostly care about the bottom of an artist rather than her singing skills or charisma...

I don't think she should be smiling all the time during one of the saddest song ever...in fact to justify her lightness she changes 'beats' into 'spanks'. Billie Holliday had the right mood for this song
