I do a lot with the Taylor top and am always experimenting. Start with your oldest wigs, the ones nearing the end of their useful lives. Learn to trim the bangs or snip off a bit of length. Godiva has tons of videos to teach you. I've even taken pieces off wigs I don't wear and sewed them onto other wigs to lengthen a too-short back, or create sideburns or other alterations. But DON"T USE YOUR FAVORITES UNTIL YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING! My next experiment will be to add a gray streak! Don't worry I'll report on it once I figure out what I want to do and get it done!

I don't know who came up with the idea that when you pass some mystical age you must hack all your hair off! I have lots of friends with waist-length hair and longer, and none of them are under 65! Wear your hair at any length that pleases you. My own hair won't DO short styles so I wear wigs. Since this video I've cut off 22 inches, and it's still a good ways past my shoulders, pretty long in most circles. Do I miss it? Yes. But am I grieving for it? Absolutely not. I just got tired of the mats, knots, snarls, and tangles. Besides, if I really need to feel long, long hair again, there's always my brand new Thin Candace for comfort. ❣

Thank you Sheri! Here are a few things that I either still do or have done in the last 2 years that really made a difference for me: Weight loss - In this video I had lost about 20 pounds ( I've put some back on, it's an up and down thing for me) I did it through "NutriMost" eating plan. Also, ate Carnivore for one year before that - and it was amazing for removing the inflammation and bloat from my body. This is ONLY healthy meat, eggs, protein. Intermittent fasting - the daily goal is to push back breakfast til 10 or 1, have a heathy large healthy breakfast, then a big healthy late lunch and that's it. Over 3 months time, the new, healthier cells in my body showed up in my better hair, skin and less bloat. My biggest tip that I do my very best with is this: NO sweets, bread, pasta, dairy or anything with gluten in it. It really feels like glue in my body. Also, all of these NO foods cause inflammation and emotional swings from the up and down of sugar in all of it! So, without the NO items, I am calmer, more spiritual and I feel more flexible with less "puff" all over.
