Dear Diane, after a mixture of falling of the track, a depressiv episode from late fall to spring and pre menopausal "I don't want to do all the cleaning" even though everybody else in the family works fulltime and I only 25 hours per week, I finally have more energy and thanks to the routines you taught me it is so much easier to get my life and my house back! First of all, it never got REALLY bad (surprisingly routines helped with that 😉) but secondly I also have come to know that I can manage the work in small doses and I am even getting better at taking breaks during the cleaning process. Hi, Diane, although it’s hot, I always feel a fresh breeze while watching your videos💨. Cosy summer plans, not forgetting the routines including the pamper routines, haha! My favourite pamper routine: pretending, the garden is an extra room in summer and doing everything outside: eating, reading, knitting, painting, preparing the veggies for lunch and dinner. My favourite drink is a smoothie with cooked and cooled down rhubarb, mixed with fresh or frozen strawberries🍓, maple syrup and yogurt 🍹, cheers and skål! Love, Monika❣

Happy Birthday to you... Mine too... ( but much older) I am the same over gifts... I count my blessings I have all I need and don't want 'stuff'... so the agreement is if I come across something I need during the year I mention it to my son and it's kept in mind as a cumulative birthday/Christmas/Mother's day gift.. Last year was a new lightweight lawnmower and strimmer.... I was having difficulty with the old one... I just love it! I hope you will enjoy them as well as we do! What I like to do for selfcare in summer is getting fruit from our garden (strawberry's, rasberry's, later also grapes, apples, plums and pears) and enjoy eating them, listening to the birds, feel the weater and be quiet.

Hi Diane, I simply adore your videos and want to thank you not only for sharing your advice, but also for introducing me to "Dressing Your Truth," and "Fly Lady." It's all been very helpful and fun. One issue I'd like to request--and please forgive me if you've discussed it before--is a video for people with mental and or physical challenges. I deal with a bit of depression and anxiety which can lead to migraines, so on days like today I need low energy tasks that get a wee bit accomplished, but don't feel overwhelming and undoable. To be able to go further and longer with a little bit of support gives us the chance of enjoying the beautiful landscapes and sceneries even more.
