Soybeans can be made into various delicacies. Every time we made tofu, I would eat the tasty soy milk skin with eager! I decided to make some soy milk skin and make it into cold dishes, stir-fries, soup, hot pot, etc., It has an intense soybean fragrance and is very tasty!

My grandfather is from Yunnan. And I moved to the US as a child from Taiwan. I’ve honestly learned more about Asian cooking & ingredients from your videos than I’ve ever learned from other sources. Particularly since most ingredients I’ve cooked with are store bought. It’s amazing to see someone actually make tofu skin. I now know how it’s make, and have so many great recipe ideas for cooking with it. Thank you!

I always have that soft spot for elder people. I love how you interact with your grandma, it makes me miss my late granparents 😌 Diet is not a thing to them, if there's food you should eat. I'm in college now, and I always reminisce times when I'm with them. The original taste of food prepared by them that you could only eat when visiting our province. The freshness, the ambiance and all in all their love. I miss them so much 💕

Right up until the late 80’s early 90’s that’s how we were living. Even if families didn’t live in the same house, they lived on the same street. They were together every day, especially on wkds. I miss those days.

I tried using that kind of Miller(made of stone) in my grandpa's house when I was younger and I swear, It was not easy as it looks. That's why I respect every preparation of dishes that you made. .
