I don't think Greg is a sociopath because the stuff he actually does isn't that bad, we get to see him think negative thoughts often, but almost every person will catch themselves with intrusive thoughts they'd never act on everyday. Many times(like when he got Rowley in trouble after Greg chased some kids around with a stick, when he accidentally left the green spot on his school, or when he threw out the egg salad, causing a neighbor's house to smell bad),m he genuinely shows remorse and sees himself in the wrong, he just doesn't fess up out of fear. We also need to remember he is a middle schooler and kids'/teens in general are pretty mean and have a warped sense of reality(we've all cringed at shitty things we've done in our younger years) so I don't think Greg is a sociopath, just a selfish kid.

With the deviled eggs in the plant thing that caused his neighbors to move out, sure he felt remorse, but when he saw them take that plant, which was the very reason they moved out in the first place, to their new house what did he do? he stood there, and willingly caused more confusion and pain all because he didn't want to paint himself in a negative light. You also can't forget about the whole "i'm the one who broke his hand" crap with rowley. also that time when he pushed the kindergartners into that hole

I actually have a plan in place for if I need a quick weapon in the event of a murderer in my school. If someone in the room has hairspray or some other flammable substance that can be deployed at a target quickly, as well as a lighter, you can make a flamethrower. All you need to do is get some good cover, light the lighter, (or match) and spray into the fire once the killer is within the range of whatever you can use. They will go up in flames, but you might need to bash his head in with a metal ruler or a thick roll of paper, so... logic.

Bro nah before you even hurt him you immediately get shot and killed. Most school shooters have no care for their lives and have equipment. Also most children can’t kill an adult with a 2 by 4 let alone a PAPER ROLL so yea. You all get shot plus any ‘good cover’ gets mowed down by bullets, lemme tell you bro bullets rip through plastic concrete wood and even some metals. No offence bro but this is just an ineffective plan. A better plan would be to somehow get the shooter to leave first by hiding, then call the cops and hide in any obscure but not too obscure locations

It’s best to club them with something hard and solid enough on the head, like a proper metal pipe or something similar. Then use the fire so that they aren’t a threat anymore. Sure it’s murder but it’s self defense of you and everyone else around you. Better the shooter dying then you! I myself have done plans like this at work but it’s more… involving a glass bottle over the head then shanking them in the neck with the shards.

This is the best doawk book i ever read in my life its about time they actually make the books more mature because everyone knows in middle school is just hell on earth so of course the "kid friendly books" was my relatable this however is reliable a little even tho i never experienced a active 1v1 with a school shooter
