The thing is, if India and Indians collectively have to grow then they should look up only to the competitors not the ones we have surpassed. For instance, if China is able to curb it's real estate collapse then it would be able to be a larger economy than US. And since, the Indian GDP (a normal trend) is in its compounding phase.... we can 'think' of Competing against China.

Before we test any missile or weapon or launch a rocket, we have to issue a NOTAM (Notice to Airmen) which is basically a notice specifying the area where a particular thing is to be launched and tested.
