When you play defense stick to puck (keep your stick to the puck always) and follow he's body motions and don't lock at the puck. I hope it works

There's a pretty good concrete ODR in Brentwood. Super smooth and well maintained. Usally about 10 guys out there between noon and 3 on Saturdays. Come out sometime!
