In Karen’s voice mails to John when she was looking for him, she called John a “pervert” so Karen knew he was investigating the cops who were involved in the Sandra case and she knows they were part of that circle some how?

Is it possible John was investigating Sandra's case and maybe had material about the case in a place that Karen may have seen - thus the pervert claim. John would not have been able to tell Karen, and maybe the weight of this was very heavy on him? I dont think that white naked lady is another woman I think it represents abused woman on a collective level, the trading of pornography etc.
