Me too! I think it is so honorable. Also, they are probably finding out so much more that wasn't brought into court that should have been, probably outrages them even more so. They can't use that going forward in any court proceedings but can say hey, we all agreed not guilty on count 1 and 3!

God, I wish I could have sat on that jury! I didn’t know a thing about the case-I just hadn’t had time. I listened to both sides with an open mind. There is no way in hell anyone could listen and not come up with not guilty! I can’t even comprehend it! I just wonder if they were confused by the verdict forms? I just can’t understand it. 🤦🏼‍♀️ I know in the motion filed today, it was mentioned that the man we all know is Brian Albert, intimidated that damn jury! It’s now a fact! They should have NEVER been allowed to stare at the jury like that! That “mcalbert” family are terrible people-all of them! Good luck with the FBI, “Mcalberts”; they won’t fall for your b s and it’s already started with Proctor. I think it’s funny his wife yelled at the reporter “ I fully support my husband”-well, now you sure do, sweetheart; even financially 😂😂😂🤦🏼‍♀️

Had I bought my States Attorney a case like that in the Karen Read case with no chain of evidence, I would have been told to get the hell out of his office and come back when I had a real case. If anyone in my Department had behaved like the keystone cops in this case I would have had a lot of openings on my PD. Lots of missing camera footage in Canton that night! Yet, they spent a lot of time reviewing Waterfall and CF McCarthy video? Why? That’s not where he was killed.

Her entire demeanor during the trial screams bias. She was irritated, nasty, short, and rude all the time to the defense. That can easily sway a jury either consciously or subconsciously. Mr. D'Amico sir, thank you so much for doing this appearance and for your insight! But please don't feel TOO bad for Lally. Yes, he was handed this investigation, but no one forced him to spend over 6 weeks of the trial on what, if anything, the weather was doing and what people were eating on the night JO'K died. - Regarding the jury revelations of the past day, I feel a lot of this goes back to Bev: she was the one who gave the defense a hard time about the verdict form, didn't explain the jury instructions clearly enough to the jurors, didn't give the lawyers a chance to speak before declaring a mistrial, didn't even BOTHER to poll the jury after the trial ... the list goes on and on and on. If there is truly any justice, Bev will come under fire for forcing this farce of a trial to happen in the first place.

His understanding & belief in Blackstone’s ratio (the heart of our judicial system) warmed my cynical heart. The whole investigation was absolute 💩. As a former/potential juror, I was out with the solo cups, the crime scene not secured, the “revealing” of the tail light over time, and most importantly, the LACK of chain of custody. I mean, we all learned that it the first season of Law & Order, ffs. The lies, the butt dials, the “rehoming” of the phones, etc…come on! The crash daddies were just icing on the cake. Science!
