I actually love how so few people know about what Kendall did as it makes it more interesting to see how shiv and Roman react to Logan’s actions around Kendall

Great idea to pull Ken out of rehab a couple of days after killing somebody while high. That probably did more damage than him not even going. Logan is the absolute worst.

Logan is the best manipulator, he plays his kids like a fiddle. Remember it was a big point of contention that shiv was working with Gil but she defied him and did it anyway and then brokered that deal between them. He can’t let her feel like she’s got so much power or control so he has to reestablish the balance.

It boggles my mind that Shiv would trust him. You don't go from not being part of any company to being CEO of a billion dollar corporation.

@@John_Locke_108my mentality has always been that having an ego is your own downfall and Shiv smokes her own supply. Why wouldn’t her dad want her over her idiot brothers (she thinks), this has been bound to happen…

@@John_Locke_108I also think there’s an immense psychological power he has as her father, it is much easier to get manipulated by him than some random dude offering her a position

@@John_Locke_108 I think it makes perfect sense that Shiv would trust him bc she may be smart and can catch on to things better than most, but to me, the moment Logan shows even just a tiny bit of belief in one of his kids, ANY of them would easily fall into his hands cause, despite them saying they "hate" Logan, I also believe they're just kids who want their dad's approval at the end of the day and, unfortunately, Logan does use it to his advantage.

Logan found out what happened because Marcia's son saw Kendall coming back to the castle sopping wet. You must have missed that in the last episode. Play it back when Logan is talking to Kendall. This is something that we as viewers did not see because it happened off camera.

That makes way more sense. First time I watched this I thought he just had THAT much reach that even though it's his ex wife's area he still had the local police in his pocket...which he does, but they were at least tipped off by insiders. It would be way crazier if the police were like hey this guy was a server at your party so how should we proceed with his death, do you went to send guys to clean up? Either way it's all very corrupt

Rob is on point with why Shiv and Roman don't trust Kendall. Additionally, Logan is manipulative and abusive. He knows when to give honey to get what he wants from his kids and his favorite thing is to play favorites. They all want attention from him so from Shiv and Roman's perspective, Kendall did something really fucked up but he's also the one who gets to work so close with their dad and they're all terrified of being left out of something. Even if Logan is mean to them, they think that's better than their dad leaving them in the dark.

The classic any attention including abuse from dad is 'good' because it's attention.

I still don't fully get why you guys straight up HATE Nate, I find him A LOT LESS unlikeble and morally corrupt them most of the characters 😂 Also, I've always loved the scenes between him and Shiv in season 1, there was SO MUCH chemestry and actual connection there in the begining and I think it contrasted a lot with how she always keeps her feelings towards Tom at arm's length precisely because she dreads the prospect of real intimacy and the danger of actually beign vulnerable. And who can blame her? Look at both her parents, how could you ever trully open yourself to someone and really let them in if all you knew your entire life was coldness and mind games from the people who were supposed to love you the most? (Just look at her face and watch how vulnerable and scared she is when she asks Logan "Is it real?" in this episode)...I totally understand why she's that emotionally guarded and why she needs someone like Tom, almost to replay what Logan does to her, to have some sense of control and safety in the fact that in their specific relationship she feels she's the one with the upper hand, the one who can't really be hurt beacuse she's never 100% there, like Logan never was for his children. And I like that with Nate in season 1we get a glimpse of what it could be like for Shiv to allow herself to have that real spark with someone, but again, she always keeps it just distant enough so she's never in a real danger of getting hurt. I'm not saying this is healthy or morally correct, but it sure is interesting to watch 😂 (in a fictional setting of course).

Because he's the affair partner. He knows Shiv is claiming to Tom they're in a committed relationship, married now, but he keeps it up, extreme disrespect, and insane disrespect on her part to cheat on Tom then dissemble about it. They need to be apart, Tom deserves a good person.

Why would Shiv say she would sell her shares if Kendall takes over as if he wasn’t the possible choice to begin with I mean if Logan decided to pic Kendall it wouldn’t be a huge surprise since he was next in line anyway and they all fuck each other over so whenever he would have decided to choose him he’d be okay with it . Maybe it’s cause I genuinely don’t like shiv so many of her decisions piss me off even the things she says like girl you think Logan cares if you threaten to sell your shares? We all know she wouldn’t do that so that was just unnecessary (okay maybe it’s cause I feel like Shiv thinks she’s smarter than she actually is

I just want to be 100 percent clear - someone can be completely fucked and they can deserve to be held accountable for their fucked actions but no one can cause someone else’s relapse. I don’t feel bad hearing anyone like Logan being accused of that but just a suggestion - to avoid that narrative in the future.

Some people aren't that strong and can easily be triggered by others. That's why people usually avoid drinking around an alcoholic who just recently got dry.
