Coach Lee answers the question, "Did no contact no work if your ex hasn't contacted you?"
Take a second to subscribe to Coach Lee's channel to be notified when he has more videos that can be helpful to you on getting your ex back, relationship success, and attraction.
If you have been in no contact (also called radio silence) and haven't heard from your ex that doesn't necessarily mean that no contact failed or didn't work. There are other purposes and advantages of using the no contact rule beyond only getting your ex to reach out and contact you.
Coach Lee explains that no contact does more than just make your ex miss you and, hopefully, reach out to you. It also gives you the opportunity to reach out to your ex after a good amount of time has passed because it prevents you from becoming a nuisance to your ex.
If you go into no contact, your ex is not annoyed by you begging them to take you back and you constantly contacting them. So if you choose to reach out in the future, your ex will likely be happy to hear from you since they aren't angry or annoyed at you.
So while your ex has been curious about you, missed you, and has been reconsidering the breakup because of the separation anxiety that they most likely felt from you applying the no contact rule, they are in prime condition to speak with you.
So if your ex hasn't reached out to you, no contact still benefited you and raised your odds of getting your ex back. That's where radio silence and the no contact rule work in multiple ways and have several advantages to you after a breakup.

Yes, I think it depends on the individual situation. I've done no-contact for over a month and they've reached out a couple of times with what I've seen as breadcrumbs however we own a house together so eventually I'll need to contact her if not to try and rekindle something but to sort out the house situation.

I hope u are in NC, I would say radio silence is even better. Just disappear, as she has told u that she sees u of no value in her life, so give her just that. Go NC, and stick to it. Dont give up. She will realise in time what u brought to her life. She did not even try to work at the relationship, and just gave up. Spend the time on making urself happy. Meet friends, and do activities, have fun. Good luck. I think u will hear from her, but it could take weeks, or months.

No, I'm not sure. No one knows the answers to questions about other peoples actions. What I'm saying is that NC is ur best chance. She has let u know that she doesn't think u add any value to her life, and wants u out. So leave. Let her experience life without u. She will most likely miss u. Let her miss u. Whether she will act on it or not, no one knows. She doesn't even know herself right now. She is not going to want u back with u approaching her all the time. Sorry to say, but she has stated she wants out, u wont leave her alone, so it will probably be annoying her, and suffocating. She is not going to want to get back with someone that is annoying her. BUT she may want to get back with someone she misses. Get it? Don't check social media. It doesn't matter. Think about it, the only thing u want, is her back. So she has to come back to u by her own choice. Whatever changes or shows on social media doesnt effect this outcome. She just has to come back to u. Live ur life, do things u love, use NC and stick to it. I went NC, and my ex reached out after 3 weeks, with small talk, and now I'm back to NC. Good luck with it.

*READ THIS* Don't contact them!! Keep doing NC! Don't look like a clown, make them chase you. Also, if your ex DOESN'T contact you NC still worked! NC helps us grow and focus on ourselves! I wish I stayed in no contact ... I was in no contact for 3 months and then he broke it once to wish me well and then I broke it after 7 months and I got ghosted ... No contact is not about get your ex back. No contact is about get yourself back. If you get your ex back that's a bonus. If your ex is not toxic and was good for you. Many times you wants an ex back because we thinks it will be better then. It will be different. Many times it's better to stay away. Find yourself again. Date someone else. And don't try to get an ex back just because you are alone. It's better be alone than be with the wrong person. Don't sit there and wait for your ex to contact you. It will destroy you. If ex is contacting you. Fine. But do you really really want your ex back? Or are you just lonely?

I had some strong emotions for him, if he would've also put efforts to invest in transforming them into stable, sincere feelings...then - yes, in time - I would've also been receptive to advance our connection... Ps. I know he will not be back for me...Last thing he said to me was that is " too much, too serious, too complicated" Of course it is...for him,...he just wants to get everything instantly, on a silver plate, no efforts, commitment or strings attached... My love was real...I stand by him when he was sick with the flu, when he didn't had a job...I encouraged him and lift his spirit when I saw him down, not asking anything in return...He showed me a lot of appreciation by moving out without any explanation....broke my stupid heart.... Now, after 2 years and a half he still behaves like a jerk, doesn't answer to my messages and when I met him (by accident) and wanted to say "Hi" to him, he kept saying " I don't want to talk with you, I'm not speaking with you" over and over again....Not even if I would've been a criminal he would've not had that attitude...Anyway, I am DONE waisting my time to find out the answer to "WHY" he's such an asshole...He doesn't deserve my attention....

The primary goal of no contact is to get yourself back, not your ex. It helps you heal. Don’t waste your time worrying if your ex will ever reach out or not. Work on you. And it’s actually better to just never reach out to the ex

Coach Lee I’m surprised she hasn’t called me to come get my things. I was tempted to leave a voice message about my things but I decided not to. I was going to do that just to see her but that would have messed up everything. I appreciate your support but watching this let me know that I’m on the right track. It’s hard as hell and I’ve had a lot of restless night but I’m doing it. I don’t want to continue to play these games with her. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! I’m really missing her.

18 days, and no sign of anything. I'm on radio silence. I never thought that this would happen in this way to us, or that he would have treated the relationship like this. It feels like its been two months already. if someone says they love u, and they are good to u, u still cant trust it, because they can just decide to leave at the next moment, and just like that, its over.

Yeah, same. People get their hopes up so much from watching videos from these coaches. Not saying they don't give good advice, which they do. But, people really need take things with pinch of salt, because every break up is different. The best advice is NC and self-love.

Stay positive!!! I was absolutely devastated after my ex broke up with me. She left me out of no where. Turned cold and I couldn’t believe it. I DID NOT chase or beg her. I never thought she would reach out to me since she was so cold. Well, 42 days later of STRICT NO CONTACT she called me telling me she missed me and apologized to me. We’re meeting up for drinks and to catch up. I honestly took the time of no contact to work on myself and to rebuild myself on all aspects of life, spiritual, physically, mentally and most of all emotionally. I do miss her and love her but I don’t need her. I’m at peace knowing that I will be okay, regardless if we get back together or not. Remain strong to everyone who’s going through a tough breakup, & eventually if they do realize your worth. They will reach out! Thank you coach Lee!!! Best of luck to everyone!

We began talking and having a romantic relationship again but for me it was not the same anymore. The feelings had faded and I eventually cut her off completely. I since have found someone new who is 10x the woman my ex is. Love yourself and work on yourself and when you least expect it, you’ll find the one you deserve.

Coach Lee, you are the Bomb. My story had a little twist in that I used no contact, it worked, but I realized getting back together was not the best thing to do. I weighed the pros and cons and realized I was settling. No contact gave me the opportunity to exam myself and why I wanted the relationship. Turns out, I didn't really want him. My ego was just bruised. I had so much more going for me that he would never be able to relate to, and we just probably break up again in the near future. Thank you for getting me to stand my ground and realize I deserved better.👍♥️💯

XxSwagGamersxX true, but at that point you’re begging. You can’t make someone forgive you. Once you start wanting your ex back, you’re placing value on them over yourself. Take it as a lesson learned. Men and women need to start learning to cherish themselves, because if the person is anything like me, once you decide to walk even though I’ve done nothing wrong, it’s forever. I’ll never be a back up option or fall back for anyone. Wanting an ex back is setting you up for just that.

bLaCjAcK Daniels I know exactly where you’re at! I was in the same boat in late 2016. The best healing process is dating and seeing other women. DON’T WAIT ON HER!!!! I made that mistake of waiting on her while she did her thing, only for her to get pregnant by her so called “friend”. Once you start dating others, you’ll see how much better you can get. You’ll start looking at her with disgust cause you can’t believe you let someone like that hurt you. She won’t even seem pretty to you anymore. I have a woman right now who is waaaaay better looking, and is always eager to see me and builds her plans around me. Even taking off work to make time for me, and invests money in me. Something my ex back then never did. You’ll see. That’s when I realized that never again will I lower myself and wait on a woman who can’t even reciprocate interest. You’ll look back and be ashamed of the way you felt and acted, cause I know I do. Don’t be surprised when she starts hitting you up every now and then either, cause my ex still does, and I ignore her every time. I don’t even want a convo with her. She can kick rocks.

I suppose when someone aquires your techniques and process, who has been dumped becomes more powerful than before. POV: We are together now and trying our best for a better relationship( We were together 2,5 years until 1st of May ).

Its ok... dont feel bad, at least you tried to reach out but now stop and don't do nothing else in regards to your ex,... focus on your life now and accept that there will be some hard days but that pain will not be there forever... If he is the one for you and you guys are meant to be together then one day he will come back. But if he never comes back then it means he was never the one for you, meaning this break up was a blessing then.

Kitty Cat I was injured at work, and had to have a surgery. After the surgery, for a year and a half, I did not even look for another job. I kinda gave up on myself. Became very depressed and cynical. I was no longer the person she fell in love with. She was left paying all the bills, working hard, stressing about her job, all while I did nothing. Stayed home all day. I feel so guilty for putting her through that. We were together for eight years in an otherwise very loving relationship. Talked about marriage and a future together. I love this girl with all my heart and I still cannot believe I pushed her away. We were very compatible, great chemistry. Never fought, never insulted each other. I miss her so much. We were each other's best friend.

I usually agree with everything Coach Lee says, except this. I don’t believe in contacting an ex first, who has dumped you… now or forever. In my opinion, any first form of contact, should be done by the dumper. When reaching out to the dumper…even after weeks and months of No Contact, their first thoughts are, “ oh, they still haven’t gotten over me”. Not exactly the kind of message you want to send.

If it hasn't happened by now that it just won't from my end. Yes, and especially when the break up isn’t only your fault. If you have begged or cried or tried to repair things and it didn’t work, why would we think they want you when they don’t contact you? If they want you back they have to contact you. Even the dumpee was doing wrong but dumpee has no right to reach out again if getting ignored after apologizing genuinely. Better to let go without hearing “no” from the dumper

I’m in the same spot. Just focus on yourself and your goals. It will get easier by day goes on. Eventually you won’t even care about your ex. You will become stronger with no contact rule. I’m using the no contact rule to refrain myself in acting crazy ex with him. If I do that, my value and respect will go down. Stay STRONG PEOPLE!! Meditation helps during this time

I kind of believe in NC rule ... but honestly after 2months I believe life may have moved on and feelings have drifted... I guess it depends on gravity of feelings and depth of relationship... 2months ...worst case 3months is perfectly adequate. After 2 to 3 months, get closure, reach out to your X if you really must and move on.. Life is short ....no human being should keep you in an 'emotional limbo'... if they decide to ever come back after the 2/3months NC you can re-evaluate and decide if it's still worth the try ... just my take though ... thanks Coach Lee... I really do enjoy your videos and the contents ... it's realistic and mature. No fuss

My interest level would have dropped in 2 to 3 months of NC. Mines 12 days so far, and I'm hoping it will be soon. Who knows. When that person isnt around, the disconnection grows, then u wont be sure even if they do come back, because u then feel like it might be a step back. I think they are better off trying to get in contact within a month if that's what they want. Then it at a stage where ur really willing to make the changes that went wrong too.

I think 2 to 3 months is too long. People move on after that. I believe that after 2 to 3 weeks of NC, you need to figure out a way to spark some attraction/curiosity by them letting you see you are not devastated and wanting to get back. But there has to be some reminder for them that they will lose you and you are fine. Otherwise they will move on.

This is what u wanted, and they made contact, and? U still dont know where u stand. By 3 weeks, believe me, u are not going to chase them for anything. The reach out could be for their own selfish reason to feel better when u say ur doing good. Or they just thought of u in that moment. Ur still broken up. He stopped making an effort in the relationship, was rude, and I said I wasn't going to tolerate it anymore, so he dumped me. After he dumped me I said, calmly, "I’m sorry you feel that way. We said we were working on understanding each other better, but I now understand that's not what you want." And that's it. So I've nothing else to say and I certainly won't reach out to him.

The danger I find with the dumpee reaching out after significant time has passed is that should a break up especially initiated by the other party happens again, then it basically trains this person to think or know that they don't gotta lift a finger. Even if months have passed, it tells them that you'll reach out and that you put them on such a high pedestal. So they feel like they can even leave you just cause they feel like it and wait on you to reach out. So I'd highly advise against it and it is something I'd really try not to. I'm sick and tired of always fixing what others break and caring about others while they tear me down. I deserve to be cherished and any man who doesn't see my worth, I can't help him.

I miss her so much! It’s been unbearable trying to cope with these feelings of abandonment, an how unwanted emotion got out of hand & the endless thoughts of the last few days that made it worse. Having such a close bond & depth to our Love, she was My lover & best friend. Now there’s a deep empty sadness & a world gone cold. We were together 4/6months shy of 5years. To make matters worse with us arguing; I had an argument with her Father & was shutout the house. We had a difficult time with communication, arguing became too much, but most of the time we Always found ways to let it go & become closer. We had such a love for each-other. Felt like we were safe to Be & had found each other in a way that was so unique & passionate & loving. Twin flames. We were/are different; but we made Us complete, whole, One. An all tho she thinks otherwise I like that we are different & she’ll Always be the girl I want. She said in the text that she was saying goodbye. For good. There were definitely other things that seemed to contradict that tho. I love her; Always will. It’s getting closer to nearly 3 weeks NC. Been the most challenging, painful & upsetting time I’ve ever gone through. An I’ve got through a lot! Faith in Us getting back together is very low at times. Thank you Coach Lee, I appreciate your answer, I guess I have to good of a heart.Im going to try a little longer, then I will contact him to see if it works. But never begging again ever, it hurts way to much. My heart is breaking into, but I’m learning the hard way to just keep backing off . It’s his loss anyway, I would have been the best woman in his life, because he is everything to me . So we’re see what happens, Thanks Lee , Bless You!!!!!

@@K0n93 long story short, I went no contact for about 8 months, she reached out to find out how I am. I used the 8 months to better myself in every way. We went out on a few dates as friends and slowly rebuilt the love we had for each other. Hope everything goes well for you during this time. Keep yo head up. It does get better

@Teddy Ramaphala I'm almost heading towards 2 months (27th Jan) would be 2 months exactly. The pain has eased a bit, I'm still blocked on some platforms but unblocked on some. It is getting a bit more easy as I get used to it but still a lot of work to do. But tbh I ain't in an expectation anymore.

Coach Lee I love your work and I hope you continue to do what you're doing ❤. Your advice helped me get my wife back after like a few weeks after the break up. Unfortunately I didn't do any work on keeping things in order as far as keeping her happy and now im dealing with the same situation again. You're still an awesome relationship coach and I would recommend you to anyone.❤😊

I've been doing NC for about a month now, tomorrow. Man, this is hard. Because I'm torn in still wanting her back or being better off without her. My hatred towards her grows but at the same time I still love her.

I feel the same way about my ex girlfriend. One part of me dislikes her so much because I was so good to her but another part wants her back. One thing for sure I WILL NEVER CALL HER!!

@@chonkybenetgods im doing pretty well, tho i broke nc last september. then started it again on november after knowing that she didnt really want to get back together. it's been three months since then and im alright with her not going back. im working on myself so still a win-win for me. thanks for asking tho, i hope you're well too.

I moved back to London. My ex is still in Italy @@felipearaujo7815 😒 it's getting better but my heart was really broken and I.m still healing!

Mine was an short-term relationship, only 2 3 months, and I am on day 29 of NC, she didnt unfollowed me, she's still watching all my stories and snaps. Anyway, I will reach out soon, when I'm completely healed. If she s open for a meeting, good. If not, also good. I got plenty of girls which want me😂. So, break NC when you are healed and work on yourself during NC. Hitting the gym makes you stronger physically and mentally. Trust me! Don't break NC when you are anxious and nervous. Be calma and confident. In my case, I think its a good idea to break NC bcs I wanna see exactly what to do in the future.

Hi Lee, well I've applied your strategy to my relationship. It wasn't broken off, however a row on a day out. His continued overworking and my health issues in the mix. I did no contact for nearly 5 weeks...he had tried to reach out, and I eventually went over to visit. It was the first time in nearly 9 years we had a pow wow over the state of the relationship. It got his attention.. and last night, a new road map for our future. I'm committed, but nervous of marriage as its second time round for both of us. The NC highlighted my dependence on him..it woke me up...we also realised how much we love each other. He was distraught I hadn't contacted him and admitted he was working too much, and I felt neglected..I want to thank you very much for your support and calming voice...♥️♥️

The danger is reaching out only to discover that they are seeing someone else and are happy with that person. That will CRUSH you and you’ll be back to square one with recovery. That’s the risk to keep in mind. My advice is to stick to no contact until they directly contact you then set a date. I’d say the safest way is to send a birthday greeting when the time comes. Worst that can happen is no response or a simple thanks and you can just carry on with life....on the other side of that the best thing to happen is that they’ll be so happy to hear from you, chat for a little bit and try set up a date from there

Agreed. I don’t think coach is right in reaching out a some point. You will be back at square 1. Never reach out after you’ve said your piece in the first week or two Following the break up. The ball is in their court for life, you in turn move on and become a better version of yourself. NC for life until the dumper hits you up. Or, if you truly don’t care / are truly out of love with that person (but then you won’t have any desire to contact them once at that point!)

No not really. I realised that he is emotionally damaged and he is mentally unstable. He suffers from depression and he told me that he hears bad voices in his head telling him things. He is a mess and when I was with him in the relationship, I saw him get worse and worse such as him starting to drink more heavily and binge eat and he put on lots of weight. He dumped me though in the end.

MsxTrinity6 looks like he love you but also have demons in his head. he should go to a doctor. depression is fatal. hope he can survive from depression. im a survivor of depression and schizophrenia. i accepted the fact and move on with life. he must be in denial.

Same sort of thing with my ex right now. She loves me and wants to be with me, but has depression and the demons controlling her. So she thinks she needs to be alone to not cause any pain. Sucks but can't do anything about it. NC a week now.
